Convenient Positive: The location and some essentials like laundry pods and showergel. Negative: Cleaning and maintenance could’ve been better

Positive: I really liked the customer support. They were quick to respond and always friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Negative: The apartment was very “tired” and is in need of a major renovation. The walls were scratched and dirty throughout, and the tiles were cracked and yellowed. The pillowcase was dirty, and the sofa looked so unclean that I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. The table surface was stained from extensive use and always looked dirty. Areas that are less noticeable had a thick layer of dust — for example, the mirror cord, the TV, the mirror itself, and the bathroom shelf were all very dusty. We also found hair in the corners. The terrace was in a similar condition: the lights no longer worked, the outdoor furniture was stained, and there were no plants. It also needs renovation.

Excellent for a short city break Positive: Only 10 mins walk from the old town with a private terrace to sit out in. The apartment was clean, modern and had all the essentials items needed for a short stay. Our hosts were very friendly and kept in close contact before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was ok and to provide instructions for our stay. Negative: Some building work going on next door meant things were a little noisy when sitting out. Minor issue and looked like it would nearly be completed

Positive: Lo unico bueno y facil fue el acceso. Negative: Para empezar, después de pagar la estancia, nos exigieron un depósito adicional de 300 €, algo que no se había comunicado con suficiente claridad. Nos indicaron que sería devuelto durante la semana siguiente. En segundo lugar, la terraza no tiene acceso directo desde el apartamento. Las puertas estaban cerradas y, al parecer, se trata de un espacio compartido con otros apartamentos, algo que tampoco quedaba claro en la descripción. Además, dentro del apartamento aparecía ocasionalmente un fuerte olor a tuberías. El inodoro producía constantemente un ruido de goteo, la cocina tenía una pieza suelta en la parte inferior y la cafetera no funcionaba. En general, el apartamento presentaba varias deficiencias e imperfecciones que, teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado, no corresponden con la calidad que esperábamos.

Mi primera ves haciendo una reservación y un total fracaso porque no sabía lo de la fianza y no tenía el crédito en la t
