Encantador apartamento cerca de Malagueta | REMS

Positive: Localização e ter tudo o que era necessário Negative: Apartamento mal limpo, houve alguns percalços durante a estadia com algumas coisas do apartamento que quando possível foram resolvidas, contudo deve haver uma vistoria bem feita ao apartamento (tal como limpeza) antes de entrarem novos hospedes.

Positive: Location Negative: There were many things wrong when we arrived and the issues were not resolved quickly. Apartment is overpriced and not good value for money

Positive: posizione ottima Negative: Letto 1 piazza e mezzo e non matrimoniale, armadio scorrevole di difficile apertura, trovata sedia rotta sul balcone, tazzine per caffè non sufficienti,

mini break. Positive: The location is good, easy to walk to marina with all its restaurants and shops...and beach is a stones throw..Getting into the town is not far away either. Supermarket just round the corner. Apartment is light, aiiry and spacious. Helpful and good communication with REMs via app. Negative: Could do with a little TLC in places, small general maintenance....maybe add a few more pictures or something to give some more colour/personality to it. Please be aware there is a night club open very close by, this is only at weekends as seems closed during week...but it wasn't too bad.

An ok apartment, but over priced though centrally located. Positive: Location is central, there is not much of a view on anything more than a beautiful tree but you find everything in the immediate surroundings. Close of the beach and the public transport. Negative: It was a little challenging finding the right entrance because of the name Faro 1 and the exists a door Faro 1 but you need to open the Faro 4 door. But they said they were gonna change that. The apartment needs a little TLC, lacking maintenance gives the apartment a bit of a cheap look. Also the were the cupboards unlocked full of private items. So so all in all. But location is good, bathroom is fine and the beds were good.
