Refund needed Negative: Good morning, The refund for the €992.50 I paid on the 16th of September has not been actioned. That payment was made as the first out of 2 payments before the accommodation was erroneously canceled and I was forced to make a completely new booking and payment for the same property. What is the status of the refund for the €992.50?

Our stay was incredibly memorable, with no issues allowing for a great relaxing holiday. Positive: Extremely clean, had everything we could’ve needed to enjoy our holiday, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, kitchens and of course the rooftop & pool.
