Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing due to noise, lack of cleanliness, and overall discomfort Positive: Location not far from the city center Negative: The apartment is on the ground floor and very noisy due to the constant sound of the elevator. It's also dark, as ALL the windows face a wall. One of the bedrooms had unclean bed linen with hair on the bed, which was unpleasant. Check-in is only available after 4 PM, and the parking is a 10-minute walk from the apartment — very inconvenient when carrying luggage. It was also unclear how to enter and exit the parking area, as no explanation was provided. Additionally, the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable — it's so firm and slanted that it's nearly impossible to sit on without sliding off onto the floor. The ventilation system is also very loud, adding to the overall discomfort during the stay.

Perfect stay Positive: The stay was perfect ! The apartment is spotlessly clean, with ultra-modern and minimalist decor. It has all the necessary equipment for living and cooking, comfortable beds, and a simple, independent digital entrance. Although a little out of the way, it is well served by public transport.

Ruhige, gut eingerichtete Wohnung Positive: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Verwaltung war sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützte uns bei unseren Anliegen. Die Wohnlage ist nicht ganz zentral, zu Fuss jedoch gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.
