Exquisita y encantadora experiencia en Soho | REMS

Lovely apartment, great location and surroundings, astoundingly rude staff Positive: This was the best 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat we could find in Malaga, and we don’t regret booking it: the flat is very beautiful and large, with a terrace and in a central location. The bathrooms and kitchen are particularly nice: very modern and polished. Negative: Soho (the neighborhood) is so boisterous at night that we could hear music up on the 5th floor (windows closed). There are also no blankets or duvets on the beds —a bit of a surprise in autumn when the nights are cooler. And the staff seemed annoyed with us at several points even though we felt like we were reasonable for asking if a check-in before 5pm was possible (we had tickets to a concert that night) and again when checking out five minutes late, at which point we received a chastising email from the property. I understand the need to clean the apartment properly (and it was clean) but a little kindness and flexibility wouldn’t hurt, especially when paying 450 euros a night. EDIT: I lowered my rating for this property from an 8 to a 7 after receiving a rude phone call on a Sunday, the purpose of which was (apparently) to discuss my initial review. The person I spoke with was not interested whatsoever in learning from my (mostly positive) review but instead sought to justify to me the company's policies about check-out times and baggage storage. I find it rude and confrontational to phone a customer after reading their review, except in exceptional circumstances (or if the review is clearly false or misleading). REMS can either put blankets/duvets on the bed of a 450/euro a night rental, or not. They can charge for baggage storage or not. But don't attack the customer who exercises her right to post an honest review of the company's rentals, or their attitude, which now seems worse than ever. I now feel strongly that I would not do business with this company again, even were I to find a suitable rental through them on Booking.com.

Positive: Totul. Este un apartament mare, spatios, curat, utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie.Este amplasat într-o zonă liniștită și aproape de zona portului. Am apreciat că am găsit câteva capsule de cafea pt aparatul de cafea, cât și capsule pt mașinile de spălat haine și vase. Cei de la REMS au fost foarte amabili și disponibili.Am ținut legătura prin Whatsapp. Negative: A fost o problemă cu telecomanda televizorului in sensul că nu funcționa.Am anunțat dar nu a fost reparata, cât am stat.Oricum ne-am descurcat și fără ea, folosind telefonul .🙂 O alta mica problemă a fost că într-una din camere se simțea din baie miros de la canalizare. Și o observație cu privire la paturi..sunt un pic mai mici în lungime, cred că au 1.80 m. Pt o persoana mai înaltă poate fi un mic disconfort.
