Espacioso Apartamento en Soho con Parking | REMS

Positive: We liked the location. Negative: Dear, I am writing regarding our recent stay at your apartment in Malaga. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations based on the listing and the price we paid. First of all, the apartment did not look the same as in the photos. It was not properly cleaned or maintained – we noticed dust on the curtains, under the bed, and the living room area felt unfinished and poorly arranged. Another serious concern was the smart entry system. While the apartment relies on a code-based entry, there were no clear instructions provided in case the system failed due to internet issues or technical glitches. In fact, the system did malfunction during our stay. Although we were told that instructions for a physical key had been provided, I have checked the emails and can confirm that no such instructions were included. Additionally, the physical key was located in a completely different place from the apartment, which could have caused a serious issue if the malfunction had happened at night. Fortunately, it occurred during the day and we managed to solve the situation ourselves. There was also a problem with the electricity in the apartment – the breaker kept tripping, which caused the stove and refrigerator to stop working. We were then asked to reset the system ourselves, essentially having to deal with electrical issues during our stay, which is certainly not something guests should be responsible for. Considering the price we paid – especially for February in Malaga, where there are many well-priced alternatives on Booking – we feel the overall value and quality of the stay did not match the cost. We also visited your administrative office, but unfortunately we did not feel much understanding or assistance there, despite the fact that communication via email had been quite prompt. Because of all the above, we would like to kindly request a 20% refund of the total price as a fair compensation for the issues we experienced.

Positive: Przyjemny apartament świetna lokalizacja Negative: Doceniamy zaangażowanie personelu i opiekę nad Klientem, jednak podczas wypoczynku nie chciałabym codziennych telefonów i wiadomości z pytaniami czy wszystko w porządku tymbardziej nie znając języka, było to dość stresujące. Klamka w mieszkaniu się rozkodowywala i drzwi dwa razy były otwarte kiedy wracaliśmy. Na szczęście nikt obcy nie wszedł do apartamentu w którym były wszystkie nasze rzeczy.

Nice apartment, good location - exhasuting and frustrating management logistics Positive: The property is very spacious, comfortable beds and lots of room for 6 people staying. Not quite as close to the historic centre as I thought is would be - a good 10-15 minute walk but good enough. Negative: The logistics from the REMS management company were exhausting and a reason for not staying here again. Maybe because we were only there overnight it absolutely dominated my stay. Firstly I was set through a lot of detail to read through. The online front door keys worked well. However I would have expected the garage door keys to be in the same place. I hunted through the info and finally found the garage keys would be inside the property. We couldn’t park outside and then couldn’t find the keys so this was ab it awkward with my partner driving around the block whilst we looked!! Having contacted REMS I was advised the garage were not inside the property but randomly on the other side of the road in a key box. So we parked the car - OMG do not take for granted the comments about it being a small space. It is a small car park with very tight turns and in rush hour (we parked about 5pm on the Friday evening ) its a least 10mins away and you pass a number of better car parks on the way. So if not financially motivated or have a medium plus sized car - the parking is not a good option. Last point - having walked two minutes from the apartment to find the garage key, then driven 10minutes each way to park the car we then had to put our rubbish out …….. the bin is not close to the apartment either !! A lovely apartment but geared towards the owner and not the guest!
