Negative: Terrible, unprofessional management, they never checked that the heating was working. We stated during Christmas and we froze. They just told us that they couldn't fix it and they couldn't bring us heaters. When I asked for a compensation, their condition was that they would give me €75 now and €75 after the review period expires as long as I don't put a negative review. They wanted to buy my review. Totally against booking.com policy. Stay away from that property management.
