The apartment is large (60m2) and has been fully renovated in contemporary industrial style.
The entrance leads to a long corridor where the three bedrooms and the bathroom are located. This hallway ends in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen.
The living room is bright and spacious. There are a big window facing the street, a sofa-bed, a TV a side table, and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, pots, pans and crockery.
- The main bedroom, with a window facing the street, has two single beds together, two night tables and an open wardrobe.
- The second bedroom has a single bed, a night table, an open wardrobe and a window facing the inner patio.
- The third bedroom has a single bed with another single bed underneath, a night table and also a window facing an inner patio.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a building without elevator.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fan, which is more than enough even for the most demanding guests. We also have AC in the living room and fast WiFi.

A deposit of 350 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.

- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
It is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
The flat is located in a residential area near the city centre. In the vicinity there is a wide range of supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, clubs and tourist activities.
The city centre of Malaga has a wide cultural offer that will allow you to discover the Andalusian culture and customs. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer the visitor unique experiences.
El Corte Ingles, a large shopping centre, is 800 meters away. The apartment is just 15 minutes on foot from the old town, where you will find the main attractions of the city, such as La Alcazaba, Málaga Cathedral, Calle Larios or Picasso Museum.
You can get to and from the airport by bus, train, or taxi and the trip will take you 20-50 min depending on the transport you choose. The nearest bus stop, for buses 8, 21, 23 and 38, is 2 minutes on foot. The nearest taxi stop is 5 minutos on foot, in Avenida San Sebastián.
