Carefully furnished and equipped, our quiet apartment is only 5 minutes away from the historic center. It will be a perfect place to stay for families and group of friends. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor in a building without elevator! The living room, connected with the dining area, is luminous and spacious. There are 2 big windows facing the street, a TV and a sofa on one side, and the kitchen on another side. The kitchen is fully equipped with the oven-microwave, stove, pots, pans, the coffee machine, and crockery.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
- The second bedroom faces the inner patio and has a double bed and a big wardrobe.
- The third bedroom has a sing bed and also faces the inner patio.
There are 2 other bathrooms, one of them with a shower, and another one without. We also have AC, fast WiFi, and a washing machine.

A deposit of 300 EUR is required before arrival. You will be asked to enter your bank card details, this amount will be reimbursed 7 days after the check-out.
Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 12 pm. In the case of check-in after 00:00, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00.
If you cancel 30+ days before check-in, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel 7+ days before check-in, you will receive an 50% refund.
If you cancel before the official check-in time, you will receive a 20% refund.
For cancellations after the official check-in time, there will be no refund.
For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers by in the street, neighbours, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
