Studio style industriel avec piscine - centre | REMS

Compleet en schoon appartement. Snel en fijn contact met eigenaresse. Positive: Fijn en ruim appartement. Alle basis benodigdheden aanwezig. Ruikt en oogt fris, wat het ook was. Goed contact met de eigenaresse. Locatie was perfect! centrum en strand op loopafstand, maar relatief rustig voor de ligging. Negative: Slaapbank is niet heel confortabel. Verder hadden er wat meer handdoeken en theedoeken mogen zijn.

Positive: lovely and comfortable only issue we had was ants in the kitchen but other than that was a great stay!

A beautiful apartment in a great location, but let down by noise and privacy concerns. Positive: The location was very central, making it easy to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Negative: We were kept awake every night by loud noise from people on the street below, which made it really difficult to rest. On top of that, I was very uncomfortable to discover that the key fob had a tracking device on it - something I wasn’t informed about. I only found out when my Apple 'Find My' app sent a security alert, showing that I’d been tracked all day. This felt like a serious invasion of privacy.

A city break style location merged with a poolside relaxing holiday. The best of both! Positive: My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in Malaga with REMS. The property is situated in an ideal location and has a rooftop pool which seemed to be a rarity in the city centre. The property was clean, modern and had many facilities. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The AC in the property works incredibly well and is an absolute must have in the summer. Some of the reviews mentioned that it was quite noisy from the street, which is true however for us it was what we would expect from a property so centrally located and it did not disturb our stay whatsoever. REMS where very helpful and promptly sorted out a maintenance issue we had within one day. Negative: We stayed for 10 days and unfortunately the storage space was a little bit lacking, meaning we had to live out of our suitcases. To make this stay perfect we would’ve liked to have seen some of the open space by the chest of drawers being used as built in storage space instead. This would make it feel a bit more homely. It is also worth noting that the pool is closed between 2pm and 4pm every day. Whole REMS might not have any control over this, it is worth noting if you’re considering a poolside holiday. Another small thing was that we were only proved with one dish towel in the kitchen which may seem picky but I would’ve liked to have been provided with slightly more than that for general cleaning throughout our stay.

Lovely apartment but very loud Positive: The location was great and the staff were very friendly when we stored our bags. The apartment was clean and smells lovely. Negative: Unfortunately as other reviews state, it is very loud. We originally dismissed these (as we live in London we thought how much worse could it be…). Well we were certainly wrong! The glass does absolutely nothing to block the sound out, you may as well have the windows open. We even slept with ear plugs in which marginally helped. If you’re planning on being out until the late hours then you’ll have no problem as the sound seems to stop around 5am. Additionally, we were not sharing the main bed, so had the sofa bed made up. This was just a sheet over the actual couch itself so every groove of the cushions could be felt. If you don’t need to sleep comfortably then the apartment would be lovely
