Positive: Bon emplacement, l'air conditionné un plus avec la chaleur Negative: L'appartement manque d'entretien,le jacuzzi n'a jamais chauffé et l'eau pas très propre.

Positive: The location was great, close to the old town and handy for restaurants, bars and attractions. Negative: The jacuzzi was not clean and so we could not use it, despite bringing this to the attention of the management. They sent someone to clean it on our last day, so, even after it was cleaned, it could not be used until it reached the required temperature. There was a major problem with check in because Booking.com removed all links from messages we were sent, meaning we could not pre-register. Some nice staff arrived to help us register and take the €300 deposit. Once settled, we notified the management of our concerns about the access to the roof top jacuzzi, which is very tricky, an electrical socket with red tape marked ‘do not use’, a missing lamp fitting, a broken door handle and kickboards damaged in the kitchen. We did not want to be charged for any damage that had been done prior to our arrival. We really feel that we were mis-sold this property on the strength of the roof top jacuzzi pool which was unusable. The rooftop was quiet but access was via a very narrow, winding staircase which is not for the faint hearted. The cover for the parasol was also missing and so we could only sit for a while as there was no shade. They said they would get one to us but it did not arrive while we were there. We cannot give a great review to a property that caused us problems even before we arrived. Prior to the deadline for paying the full amount for the property, I was sent messages saying that I had to pay the full amount or else the booking would be cancelled within 24 hours. Both Booking.com and REMS said that these messages were not from them and to ignore the, with REMS claiming to have been hacked. I still had to pay the full amount a few days later when they just took the money from my bank anyway. Booking.com the removed any links in messages from REMS to me and so I could not pre -register. In order to get my deposit back, I had to keep checking my bank after being told that it should have returned to me after either 7 or 30 days.

Relaxing Break Positive: Loved the jacuzzi. Kitchen facilities were great for some home prepared meals and we were very appreciative of the aircon.

Dobry pobyt, ale nie skorzystam ponownie Positive: Mieszkanie czyste, w pełni wyposażone, ładne - wygląd dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, wygodne łóżko, przyjemne patio na dachu z leżakami i ratanową sofą, dobra lokalizacja - 10 minut spacerem do centrum, 15 - 20 do plaży. Dobre dla pary albo 3 osób. Negative: Brak elastyczności godziny przyjazdu i wymeldowania, brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu w obiekcie (możliwe w biurze na drugim końcu miasta), zimna woda w jacuzzi (możliwość podgrzania, ale w tempie 3 stopnie na godzinę), kaucja - zablokowane środki (300 Euro) na aż 7 dni.

Little gem in the heart of old town Positive: Fantastic host and all the staff. Good location with everything on the doorstep. Everything catered for couldn’t ask for anything else. Negative: N/A
