Great location and decoration, but unfortunately customer service lacks some empathy Positive: The property has all the essential amenities, relatively modern household appliances, and a really beautiful decoration. At our request, the host was kind enough to send us someone from their team to receive us during check-in. Their keyless app-based system for opening doors is very easy to use and works really well. The location was very good with a nearby supermarket and relatively close to the city center. Negative: This property can be a trap! The top 2 reviews on my end mentioned parking as an advantage of this property (e.g., Simon said “having a parking space was a game changer”, Teresa said “free parking”). However, during check-in, the person who received us told us that the property did not offer parking in the garage of the building because the website stated: "No parking available". That same person then said that most likely the people in those reviews had probably just parked their cars in front of the building, and we could do the same, which we eventually did. However, the next day, we got a parking ticket/fine and found out that it is actually illegal to park on the entire street. This put us in a really bad situation because not only we had to pay a fine, but also we had nowhere to park our car during our entire stay. It is relatively difficult to find a free parking in this area, and there are no paid parking lots or garages nearby. Considering how misleading the information provided by the property team was, I asked them to refund me the amount of the fine. They denied my request and ignored the fact that they provided me with contradictory information. Later, I reported this situation to Booking.com, but they also downplayed the information provided to me. In the end, I did not receive any compensation. The cleanliness was good in general, but there was a lot of dust close to and underneath the bed. There were not enough places where to hang towels in the bathroom.

Todo perfecto pero ojo con la fianza. Positive: El apartamento estaba muy completo: utensilios de cocina (incluida una jarra con filtro de agua que viene de lujo), cosas del baño, etc. Había además básicos, como aceite o cápsulas de café (en la mesa dejan 2-3, pero en una estantería estaba la caja entera con muchas). La puerta tanto de la calle como del piso se abre desde el móvil con el enlace que mandan por correo. Funciona por Internet, no hace falta Bluetooth ni NFC ni nada, de modo que todos los huéspedes pueden tener una "copia" mientas tengan en el enlace en el móvil (se puede en cualquiera, pasároslo unos a otros y ya). La puerta de casa también se podía abrir con un código que te pasan. La localización está genial. Se puede ir al centro andando perfectamente. Las ventanas dan a un amplio patio interior o al pasillo que a su vez comunica con el patio del colegio de al lado así que no hay ruido de coches ni de gente por la noche. En general muy bien todo, volvería a alojarme aquí. Negative: Nos pidieron una fianza de 300 euros que en Booking no se avisaba por ningún lado. Además lo comunicaron pocos días antes de la llegada, no al hacer la reserva. Es cierto que está al lado de un colegio con varias pistas deportivas exteriores y que hacen partidos de baloncesto incluso en fin de semana, pero desde dentro del apartamento con las ventanas cerradas no se oía. El apartamento no tiene parking, te tienes que apañar tú. Nosotros encontramos un hueco en la calle normal a 15 min andando y no lo movimos de ahí.

Sunny apartment in great location for exploring the city Positive: The apartment is really sunny and light as described. It has plenty of space for two people and very comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. Beautifully decorated and a very nice place to stay. Has air conditioning which we didn't need but good to see it was there. Location is excellent as there are great cafes and restaurants around 5 / 10 mins walk and supermarkets nearby. Negative: As descirbed in other reviews - there is some noise from the adjacent sports area. We thought it was great to see people having fun playing basketball and there is no noise overnight.

Very poor accessibility for older or disabled, very noisy stay Positive: NA Negative: Location , 2 flights of stairs no elevator, no view, in a block of apartments, surrounding a very noisy basket ball and football area and school, noise from here till 10 pm. No good for anyone with walking difficulties.

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt mit Positive: Die Unterkunft lag in einer ruhigen Gegend, war gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und Bett und Kissen waren top. Die meisten Highlights fußnah zu erreichen. Negative: Erst am zweiten Tag erfuhren wir, dass es einen echten Schlüssel gibt, zuvor war das digitale Öffnen sehr anstrengend. Die Ausstattung war wie gesagt gut, aber Garderobenhaken, ein Grill für den Toaster und ein Geschirrhandtuch hätten es perfekt gemacht. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, zum Glück haben die Nachbarn nur in einer Nacht Freude eingeladen...
