Positive: Great communication from hosts. Kitchen was brilliantly equipt. Location fantastic. Negative: The bed is one of the worst I have ever slept on. I have had back and neck ache for days. The quality of the sheets is also poor. A mattress topper and good linen would be a big help. The apartment wasn’t too clean and I had to wash the towels

Positive: Great location. Nice apartment but not great. Negative: There were a few minor problems, such as the aircon not working and a leak from the boiler but overall a nice apartment.

Fabulous, well equipped, great location, excellent customer care from REMS Team. Positive: Overall exceptional experience. Hot water for showers ran tepid on occasions and the bed was a little to hard for our preference ( everybody is different)
