Magnifique appartement avec balcon - Centre | REMS

Positive: La ubicación

Heerlijk verblijf in comfortabel en stijlvol appartement op toplocatie Positive: Echt mooi ingericht appartement, precies zoals op de foto’s’. Stijlvol ingericht, heerlijke bank in woonkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken (zowel qua apparatuur als servies). Twee goede slaapkamers , Vooral de master bedroom mooi. Twee badkamers mooi en comfortabel. Konden met zijn drietjes (ikzelf met mijn twee kids (24,21jr) op het (kleine) balkon zitten. Toplocatie, vlakbij supermarkt,horeca en centrum. Communicatie met Rems was top! Kan zowel appartement als huren via Rems aanbevelen. (Eerdere klachten hierover snap ik niet. Gewoon communiceren via de booking app maar ook mail ging soepel en zeer snel.) Dank voor heerlijke week! Negative: De hoes om het matras van het eenpersoonsbed was te klein. Dat wel storend, maar minor detail.

Positive: Location was great, great bars and restaurants all around us. Apartment was decent but not what was expected, it looked great in the pictures but not quite so when you live in it and services were near terrible. 2 small rooms - one master and other with 2 single beds, 2 bath - one in master room and one in living room. living area was sufficient size and comfortable. 3 tvs. It was new neat clean but that’s all about it. Master room has bathroom within the room, there was no door - so odd & uncomfortable to use. Neighbours complained abt our door noise while opening & closing, we were woken up each night with upper floor ppl walking around in the house in the middle of the night. Kitchen was very basic with not enough cups & water glasses, but many wine glasses🫤. Equipment’s were old and not at par with the description of the apartment. Coffee pods very local brand, terrible in taste & quality. Entrance of building and apartment was through an online passkey, you need signal all the time to get into the building - we had to wait for minutes at times in absence of service and especially when exiting the elevator coz the service was unavailable in elevator. No cleaning or fresh towels are provided the next day. Parking was far and not convenient - was told 24 euro/n on phone but was charged 34 euro/n. They are not reachable on WhatsApp which is a must these days, had to call every time for anything and they shared any details through booking.com chat only. Staff was helpful though reachable any time on phone, came to assist with luggage & supported well with parking instructions - did their best given the constraints. Would have enjoyed the city better had they given attention to the lil details and made things more convenient.

Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable, location amazing Positive: Location amazing. We weren't bothered by any noise despite warnings. Negative: Only complaint really was the bottom sheet on the bed didn't really fit, could do with the next size up as it kept coming off. Maybe leave some bin liners if you want guests to take out rubblish on leaving
