A disappointing property, which we would not return to or recommend to friends. We loved the location and with a few twe Positive: The location was excellent, but unfortunately this was the only thing we loved. Negative: The facilities were poor for the price we paid £748 for 3 nights in April. We were initially disappointed that we were not allowed to check in before 5pm…the office had told us we would be notified as soon as it was ready, but this never happened until 5:08pm when we had actually gone in person to the office to ask ourselves. We then notified the office that the safe was not working and we had a problem with mosquitoes. They told us that they would get this fixed and send a maintenance team out to us to sort the safe and spray for mosquitoes. We also requested a lightbulb for the bedside lamp as it did not have one. These issues were never resolved, no one came to the property from Rems despite contacting them several more times during our time here. Other issues, included no plug for the sink and no tea towel so we were unable to wash pots properly. The outdoor furniture had seen better days and the view from the property was more industrial than a scenic view of the cathedral. We made the most of our time here but we would be reluctant to book with this company again due to their lack of response and care for clients.

Nice house but not well maintained Positive: The location, the terrace Negative: The house was ready at 5pm and we had to leave by 11am so less then 24 hours. The shower was not working properly, the was went in and out all the time and was not possible taking a proper shower.

Lovely flat, with beautiful views and great location Positive: Everything was perfect! Such a well maintained and modern flat in the centre of town, with amazing views of the cathedral. The street even though is in the centre, is bit on the side so won’t hear the noise. 2 minutes walk to main square with bars, cafes, restaurants. The flat looks better in real life than pictures. The communication with the host was straightforward and easy access to the flat, with self check in. We just loved everything Negative: Nothing to do with the property, but be aware that taxi/car drop off/ pick up is about 5 minutes walk from the flat as it’s location is in a pedestrian area. Didn’t bother us at all as we had small bags, and was easy to access
