Positive: This apartment was in a good location and was the inside was clean. The living area was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was cool seeing the art from the apartment around the city The staff was friendly and responded quickly. Negative: You can hear every noise that is made in the stairwell and surrounding apartments. The upstairs in particular was very loud. Whoever was staying there seemed to walk with high heels on even at 1 in the morning. While the living area is extremely large, the bedrooms are tiny. The front room (located next to the front door so you hear every person's comings and goings) has MAYBE a six inch gap between the bathroom curtain/wall. You have to turn to the side in both bedrooms to access the beds from the side. We were there for 5 nights and there were 4 coffee pods. I'm ok buying coffee but not for a specialized machine I don't have at home. There were some issues: the bathroom window in the front bathroom was jammed open upon our arrival so maintenance had to come. I received a call at 12:30 asking if they could come while we were gone, gave permission, but they didn't come until I reached out again at 17:30 and then showed up unannounced. There was a picture missing off the wall. No big deal but with the deposit paid be sure to take photos and notify the office of everything. Also, since the toilets are in the shower make sure to remove the toilet paper before turning on the water. Accessing the apartment with the digital key was a nuisance. There may be an App through Rems that would make it easier which I may have missed because there were numerous emails prior to arriving. You can pick up a physical key from their main office, but it's an 18 minute walk from the apartment, which is something to consider if you're wanting to store your luggage (or are visiting during rainstorms, which we were).There are luggage storage options all over the neighborhood that are much easier to access.

Positive: Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji. Wygodne łóżka, czysto, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. W mieszkaniu było ciepło, mimo niższych temperatur w tym czasie. Zwracam uwagę, że do żadnych pomieszczeń nie ma drzwi tylko zasłony, dla nas nie był to problem, więc oceniam pobyt na bardzo dobry.

Чудовий апартамент в центрі міста. Єдиний мінус - прохолодно взимку. Positive: Дуже зручно, що є 2 окремі ванни. Розташування - центр міста, надзвичайно зручно. Ввічливий та уважний адміністратор, постійно була на зв’язку, вирішувала всі наші питання. Negative: Було досить прохолодно, система опалення ніяк не реагувала на підвищення температури. Дивно, що в ванну немає дверей, а просто штори. Ми бронювали 3 ночі, а таблеток для посудомийки було лише 2. Капсул для кави також було лише 4 чи 5, при тому, що жило 3 дорослих гостей.

Totally recommended. Positive: Excellent location. Excellent and detailed amenities. Good cooking supply; quality mattresses. Friendly and responsive staff. Just about the best rental apt we’ve had in our fairly intensive travel history.

Negative: Airco werkte niet bleef warm, na contact kreeg ik wat instructies maar werkte alsnog niet. Gelukkig hing er nog een ventilator aan de plafond.
