Appartement sophistiqué avec terrasse | REMS

Comfortable and relaxing Positive: Location was excellent. On a quiet street and close to metro station and very close to Mercat de Sant Antoni. Lots of restaurants around. The apartment was spacious with a lovely outdoor area to relax and have coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we never cooked. It was easy to connect with the owners/property mgrs. They provided lots of information about places to eat etc. would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. Negative: Everything was great

Positive: Posizione, host sempre super disponibile, cucina attrezzata Negative: Molto rumorosa come via, soprattutto nel weekend e anche portone e scale molto rumorose con forte rimbombo

Top Unterkunft in schöner Lage Positive: Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen in der Fußgängerzone und man ist auch relativ schnell am Meer. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation super und die Wohnung auch schön eingerichtet. Negative: Am Wochenende kann es lange laut sein von feiernden Leuten.

Positive: Bel appartement, spacieux, la toiture terrasse. La personne qui gère l'appartement prend des nouvelles par mail. En plein centre. Negative: Un accueil en présentiel serait plus agréable. Très bruyant en soirée et la nuit dans l'immeuble et dans la ruelle (simple vitrage) due aux soirées avant départ et retour de discothèques et aux rixes dans la rue. Odeur de tabac froid dans l'appartement, nécessaire d'aérer très souvent. Détecteur de fumée dans la cuisine peu pratique. Se déclenche en cas de cuisson.
