Lovely week in fab apartment Positive: Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great location. REMS staff were easily contactable and very responsive! Would stay again and no hesitation recommending! Negative: Nothing really apart from smart doors - internal a bit fiddly, external didn’t work and only 1 key. Couldn’t find a safe although one was mentioned in description

Falsely accused of damaged not done by us. Positive: The apartment was clean and in a good location but let down by letting agency REMS Negative: The apartment was nice and in a good location but the stay was let down by the letting agency REMS who falsely charged us for damage to furniture that was not done by us. We were contacted the next day after checking out and accused of a burn mark on a piece of furniture. We know for a fact that it was not caused by us as we don't smoke and did not use the furniture that they say was damaged. In fact we spent little time in the apartment (just to sleep). REMS refused to accept this and charged us 145 Euros which was taken from our security deposit. It is a shame that the apartment is managed by this letting agency (REMS) as the apartment itself is very nice and in a good location but after very bad treatment by REMS we will never use it or any other REMS property again and we visit Malaga a lot.
