Everything was good with our stay and the icing on the cake was the fact that we could leave our bags at REMS offices fo Positive: Location. Layout. Negative: Nothing

I am a reasonable and fare person who has travelled widely, do not stay in this accommodation. Positive: The flat was clean and the location was good Negative: The key code did not work, we had to wait outside for 1.5 hours late at night until we could get in, then a further 45 minutes until it was sorted. Other guests had been booked into the same property. The wifi was very poor. The aircon in the bedroom was a mobile unit which blew out hot air at the back as the pipe did not fit. The bathroom smelled really bad. We had £30 taken from our deposit for dirty towels. They apologised for all the problems, but would not compensate and charged us for towels which had fallen off the balcony and had dirt on them. I have stayed in many places around the world this was the worst customer service and attitude I have ever come across as soon as I complained. Before that, they were very polite.
