Contemporary luxe duplex in the heart of Malaga | REMS

Very nice , modern and clean apartment. Hosted well by REMS but noise at night from street below Positive: Good professional staff at REMS. Negative: Be aware that there is street noise from groups of youngsters who visit the local bar/disco. No noise from the music just chat, singing etc into the early hours

Negative: We had a leak in our ceiling above the main bed around midnight due to the heavy rain. We moved the Bed and put a bucket underneath to minimise damage. The manager offered to move us to a different location during the thunderstorm but the rain was too heavy and all our property would have got soaked and damaged. We were very understanding and offered to sleep on the sofa. We were told we would be contacted re compensation and was offered 20% off a future visit. We declined stating that as the last night was ruined by the leak we should be reimbursed for that nights stay. Management point blank refused. We were eventually reimbursed by Booking.com.

Overall it was a good experience and nice apartment besides the minor issues pointed out Positive: I liked the aesthetic and location Negative: It could have been cleaner there was dust in places the cleaning was done lazily and some items of furniture was damaged
