Terriblement bruyant, pas insonorisé
Positive: situation de l'appartement en centre ville et parking à disposition, propre mais peu confortable (les lits)
Negative: Horriblement bruyant, car pas insonorisé (fenêtre chambre parentale non laissant passer tout le bruit, pas de double vitrage et une boîte de nuit au dessous de l'appartement, nous n'avons pas pu dormir, cris, rire sirènes de police jusqu'à 7h du matin. Les lits superposés pas adaptés à mes parents (âgés) et peu confortables. Le réglage du chauffage / air conditionné était verrouillé pour empêcher de changer la température.
