No cumplen con los servicios que ofrecen Positive: La ubicación Negative: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en pleno agosto y te avisan 12 horas antes para decirte que o te cancelan la reserva y te devuelven el dinero o te hacen un descuento al final de la estancia. En nuestra caso nos ofrecen 45 miseros euros pero solo a cambio de valorar con 10 estrellas o no poner ninguna reseña. Me parece increíble que un negocio en un portar como Booking hagan este tipo de chantaje. No pudimos hacer uso del apartamento como pensábamos, porque no se podía estar del calor que hacía. En cuanto al menaje, no había ni una taza para cada uno, cuando lo normal es que si es para 4 personas, por lo menos hayan 4 tazas. Luego estaba todo lleno de hormiguitas, eso sí, pequeñitas, pero hormiguitas molestas. También comentar, que aunque cierres las ventanas, se escucha el ruido de la gente que está abajo, ya que hay una discoteca. No se, no fue la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido

Mixed experience Positive: The location is definitely a highlight. Super close to the museums and easy to get around, which we appreciate it. Negative: However, the stay itself left a lot to be desired. The air conditioning didn't work properly during our visit, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. Also, the check in and checkout policy felt unnecessarily strict. It felt rush and inflexible, which added stress to our travel schedule, a bit more a leniency or communication, would have gone a long way in making the experience more welcoming Overall, a while the location is great, the comfort and hospitality didn't quite meet expectations.
