Very well located with everything within 5/10 mins walk.
Positive: Well located- clean - well equipped
Negative: Needs decorating (painting)in apt and hallways. Entrance from side street not ideal. Was noisy but we were warned of that.

I would stay there again
Positive: Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, well maintained. You got everything you need in walking distance: supermarket, bars & restaurants are right next to the building.
Parking is near (but it’s not cheap).
Old town is right there.
Negative: It can get noisy due the proximity of Plaza Merced. We stayed there right in the week before Easter, so celebrations were going on until 4 a.m., but beside that, nothing.
