Relaxing apartment with parking - Center | REMS

Pros and cons - but overall fresh, clean and central, with parking Positive: This simple little apartment, in a large complex, was clean, fresh and pretty comfortable, with good WiFi, AC in the living room, a very good shower, and kitchen facilities. It benefits from a fairly central location and a large underground parking area with a parking space reserved for this apartment (which is extremely useful if you have a car - as parking is otherwise very tricky or costly here). The staff that let the property were friendly, responded really promptly to queries, and were available (as a team) 24 hrs a day. Negative: Getting access was like playing a confusing Escape room (!) - with codes, swiping bars on a web-based interface, different things for the external and internal doors, and a bit of a maze inside on first entering. We really struggled to get into the apartment on arrival (partly due to lack of internet by the internal door). To be fair though - the staff letting the property had offered to meet us to let us in, had we been confident of our arrival time (tip - accept the offer!). To get access to the car park was almost as confusing (tip - make sure the car is properly on the yellow square outside - which is almost worn off!) and you firstly had to park the car elsewhere to get into the apartment to get the remote control for the garage door. Phew! We were then also given incorrect information about a key fob which we were told opened the external doors, but was actually for pool access - causing considerable confusion. We'd arrange a later check-out time for the car, but given that we would have had to return the garage door remote control to the apartment after getting the car out, several hours after checking out of the apartment, the staff had not been able to tell us how to do this by the time we had to leave for our planned day out on the final day - so we had to abandon that later car checkout. The apartment walls are very thin (both to the next door apartments and the internal corridors, which are one window from the head of the beds) - so it was very noisy at times (a baby next door and lots of loud people in the halls late into the night). There was a modest set of kitchen equipment, but it would benefit from more cutlery (eg only 3 spoons for 4 people) and glasses, and one of the pots didn't work on the induction stove.

Nice Positive: Nice apartment. Negative: Pool area too busy. Too many apartments for the size of the pool. Pool closing between 2-4 is awful.

Väldigt bra, men svårt att hitta rätt lägenhet Positive: Läget var toppen och allt vi behövde fanns i lägenheten Negative: Det hade varit ännu bättre om det fanns fönster ut mot gatan istället för mot korridoren. Och det hade varit toppen med en större pool på taket, svårt att få plats då endast 16 personer fick bada samtidigt

Positive: Personal Negative: I did not like the place surrounded by a very dangerous environments with people selling drugs among other illegal behaviors. What is worst the owner ask for blocking an amount of money, 300, euros without any justification for one week. I proposed to give cash but they refused. I am obliged to hold a credit card?
