Penthouse with terrace & Cathedral views | REMS

Brilliant location, helpful & friendly letting agent and lovely to get some Feb sunshine on the balcony Positive: Brilliant location. Afternoon sun on the balcony. Letting agent was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of towels. Nice to have some basics eg coffee pods, tea bags, washing up liquid etc., Negative: Kitchen is small. Suited us fine as we really just used it at breakfast. The 3rd bedroom is a mezzanine. We knew this from the reviews and it was good for a teenage boy but might be a bit cozy for a couple & as it is over the kitchen / living space you will be woken up by who ever is up 1st.

Pleasant stay in center of Malaga with great views Positive: Clean penthouse in central location. The apartment was clean. and communication with host was very good. There was enough room for our group of 5 and the apartment is well equiped with everything we needed.

5 out of 10 Positive: - location is very convenient - light apartment - sunny terrace - quiet - no noise from the street Negative: - pictures are a bit confusing ( eg view from the terrace is facing roof ventilations, living room is much smaller than announced) - the bathroom had really unpleasant drain smell, also there was no funcional ventilation in the bathroom - agreed check-in time was 2 pm and the flat wasnt ready even at 4:30pm, eventhough the flat was vacant the previous night and we asked for earlier checkin 2 days in advance - no dishwsher made our stay in the group 5 a bit inconvenient
