Overall, while the location and room size were positives, the issues with light, ventilation, shower quality, and Wi-Fi Positive: The biggest highlight is the location — it couldn’t be better. It’s directly in the center and within walking distance of everything, which made getting around incredibly easy. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly super quiet, which we really appreciated. The apartment was also quite spacious, making it comfortable for a short stay. Negative: The windows faced an internal patio where a restaurant operates, so whenever we opened the window at night, the smell of food from the kitchen would come into the room. Because of this setup, there was also very little natural light during the day, making the space feel darker than expected. The shower was very small, and the water pressure kept changing every few seconds, which was frustrating. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work properly — we had to use mobile data to watch Netflix.

I had a comfortable stay, with excellent cleanliness, quietness, and an ideal location. Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at REMS. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and provided everything I needed for my two-night visit, and more. Despite its central location near the museum, it was remarkably quiet thanks to effective soundproofing, allowing me to sleep very well. As a solo traveller, I felt extremely safe and secure throughout my stay. The location was absolutely ideal.
