unpleasant experience Positive: The apartment is conveniently located, close to the center and public transport stops. The rooms are quite spacious, but uncomfortable and not very clean. The bakery downstairs in the stairwell emits not very pleasant smells. There is a small courtyard in the stairwell, from which an unpleasant sewer smell comes, and flies fly from the sewer drain. Negative: The bathroom has a sliding door instead of a lockable door, which does not provide any soundproofing. The bathroom ventilation is very loud! If you plan to stay with children, it is really noisy there. The toilet and bathroom are in a common room, the sliding door has no soundproofing and smells, so it is really uncomfortable for more people to stay. When we arrived, there was a problem with the entrance key, a team member brought the keys a couple of days later. We also had problems with WiFi. Even the team member who arrived could not solve this problem. From the comments I understand that these problems are recurring...

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und haben die kurzen Wege zu allen Sights genossen. Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum von Malaga ist super. Restaurants, Museen und Strand bequem von dort aus zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet um sich auch mal selbst zu verpflegen. Unser Mietauto konnten wir auch bequem 50 meter weiter im Parkhaus parken. Negative: Es gab 2 mal einen Stromausfall im ganzen Gebäude. Ich denke, dass REMS nichts dafür kann, aber sie haben sich schnellst möglich um ein Lösung gekümmert. Abends war es doch noch etwas laut in den Strassen, aber zu erwarten wenn man eine Wohnung in der City haben will.

Veldig bra sted, men noen minus Positive: God standard, fint interiør, god beliggenhet, alt i alt veldig bra. Negative: Vi sleit litt med inngangsdøra, anbefaler å be om å få nøkler. Ikke ordentlig varmt vann i dusjen. Internett skrudde seg av, vi klarte ikke å finne ruteren for å restarte det. Litt harde puter i senga.

Negative: Det var veldig bråk i fra vannrørene når man dusjet eller tappet vann.
