Frustrating and stressful
Positive: It was roomy
Negative: It was quite difficult to access,even with instructions. Phone person was not too helpfull. All she said was I will send you info and follow, which took more than 15 to 20 minutes for instructions to come. Tre entire check in process took more than over an our. And then they asked for an additional deposit,which I was not aware of

Positive: Olía muy bien. Estaba muy bien preparado para nuestra llegada.
Negative: Que no hubiera jabón de manos y que la manpara de la ducha no cierra muy bien, lo cual significa que el baño se llenaba de agua.
