Positive: Location was excellent. Sleeping in the bedroom was very quiet. Lovely kitchen space, we did not use the washing machine but nice to have that option.

Communication with the host went smooth: REMS team was responsive and available all along the stay. Cozy balcony in the living room with a stunning view on the Teatro Echegaray and the elegant homonymous street. A public and secured car park is located a few hundreds meters away the structure (Aparcamiento Tajon). REMS proposes some car spots on demand as well.

Positive: Sehr Sauber Tolle Lage, man ist überall in 10min zu Fuß Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Negative: Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, Der Duschkopf hatte eine Leckage und das Wasser kam nur stoßweise.

In general, it was good. Positive: Location was perfect Negative: There's a techno club in the adjacent building and you can hear the bass vibrations all night, as well as the people screaming outside. Ear plugs are a must.
