Fabulous Apartment in Historic Center | REMS

5* On every level Positive: A Perfect "Home from Home" in the Heart of Malaga! We have just returned from an incredible 8-night stay at this Rems apartment, and we truly cannot recommend it enough. It was the perfect base for our family holiday. The Location The location is absolute perfection. It sits right in the historic center, meaning you are steps away from wandering Malaga’s gorgeous narrow streets and exploring all the sights. However, because it's tucked slightly on the edge of the main hustle and bustle, it was incredibly quiet in the evenings with absolutely no street noise late at night. To make it even better, there are a couple of fantastic little restaurants right on your doorstep. The Apartment The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and felt instantly like a home from home. Excellent air conditioning which meant it was a welcome refuge at the end of a day exploring. It was exceptionally well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—little touches like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were already provided, which is so rare and meant we didn't have to go out and buy full sizes for a short stay. The layout was ideal for us traveling with our 16-year-old son. The master bedroom is stunning, featuring a beautiful in-room bath and separate shower. Plenty of well thought out wardrobe space too. Because the apartment is so spacious, our son had his own bedroom and a separate bathroom, giving him plenty of privacy and independence. The Service The team at Rems provides 5-star service. They were incredibly attentive, messaging us throughout our stay just to check in and make sure we were happy and comfortable. Because we stayed for eight nights, they also did a full mid-stay change of all the bedding and towels, which was fantastic. Negative: Beds were lovely and comfortable but the pillows were either very hard or very soft but that might just be my preference.

We had a good time although the apartment could do with improvements as previously mentioned. Positive: Spacious, good location, helpful staff Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, 2nd bedroom was wobbly, soft and the pillows were uncomfortable. The sofa bed was not flat and the shower fitting was in need of repair. Air con difficult to switch on.
