Central & authentic apartment with balcony | REMS

Terrible Positive: The best thing about my 4-night stay is that i stayed only 2 nights. Negative: They state that "some" steet noise "may" be heard. First of all it is not some, it's all of it and you will definitely hear it, not just maybe. Second - the information about steer noise, AC out of order and reconstruction works in the neighboring appartment was not mentioned on the property's page. No no, that would be too obvious and people would not book the apartment. The information was hidden in the company's information. Very dirty practice you would expect perhaps in developing countries. Bottom line - avoid.

Positive: Localização era muito boa. O apartamento era relativamente bem limpo. Negative: Não acho correto não alertarem os hóspedes que estão a fazer obras de remodelação no apartamento de cima. Às 7h da manhã desde segunda-feira que estavam a martelar, destruir paredes, com rebarbadoras. O mais dececionante foi a colaboradora que nos atendeu quando fomos pousar a mala e explicámos o sucedido, disse apenas que não era responsabilidade deles. Acho que um gesto bonito teria sido, no mínimo, não cobrarem os 2€ pelas duas mochilas extra, considerando todas as noites pessimamente dormidas por causa disto!

Positive: Väga hea asukoht, mugavad voodid, väike rõdu. Linna keskel. Kahele inimesele väga sobiv,kuna korteris on 2 magamistuba. Eriti suured tänud Gloriale, kes juhatas meid lõunatama läheduses olevasse restorani Mesón Ibérico kuni meie tuba valmis seati

Sehr gute zentrale Wohnung Positive: Die Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals Negative: Die Matratzen (sehr weich) und das Bettgestell (instabil) waren nicht gut. Nur im Kleingedruckten stand, dass jetzt (im Winter!!) die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern zur Beheizung nicht in Betrieb sind. Es gab nur einen einzigen elektrischen Heizer. Allerdings wurde nach Reklamation dann schnell ein zweiter gebracht.
