Negative: Man wird mehrmals gebeten seine Ankunftszeit anzugeben, da dass man davon Ausgehen dürfte,dass das Appartment zur angeben Zeit bezugsfertig ist.Dann bekommt man eine Mail dass das Appartement fertig ist und landet in einem unaufgeräumten ist und außer einer fadenscheinigen Entschuldigung, das könne ja passieren, passiert nichts. Also irrt man in Malaga umher und kann sich ausmalen wie die Reinigungskraft mit nur einen kleinen Tütchen Putzmittel und einem Lappen das Appartement bezugsfertig machen.Ob die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt werden, bleibt im Ungewissen. Der laut Bildern vorhandene Möglichkeit draussen sitzen zu können, ist nicht vorhanden. So fängt der Urlaub schlecht an und die unflexibele Handhabung von solchen Vorkommnissen ist mehr als unangemessen.

Positive: Nice apartment, very clean, well equipped. Negative: Late check-in a drag. A couple of minor issues were a broken corkscrew and light over kitchen table not working.
