Sophisticated apartment with terrace | REMS

Overall, a great stay—we would definitely come back! Positive: We had a great stay! The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, which is perfect for exploring. Everything is beautifully decorated, clean, and new. The bedroom bed and linens were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The check-in process was easy with a digital key, and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. The place is part of a hotel chain, which adds to the sense of quality. Negative: A few small things to keep in mind: it can get a bit noisy on weekends due to nearby cafés. The terrace is charming but accessed by a smaller staircase, and meals can only be eaten at the bar, which might not be ideal for families with small children. The sofa bed in the living room is slightly less comfortable, so the apartment is best suited for two adults.

Gemütliches Apartment in der Altstadt Positive: Das gemütliche Apartment ist optimal gelegen, von hier aus ist man schnell an jedem Punkt in der Altstadt. Es ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt, wie z. B. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle... und eine große Dusche. Da das Wetter leider schlecht war, konnten wir die Wohnung über die Klimaanlage beheizen. Die nicht von außen einsehbare nette Terrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt leider kaum nutzen. Man sollte wissen, dass man zum Erreichen der Terrasse das Apartment verlassen muss und über eine kleine enge Wendelteppe und nach Öffnen von 2 abgeschlossenen Türen dorthin gelangt. Zum Wochenende hin öffnen die Clubs in der Nähe, wodurch es - bedingt durch die engen Gassen - bis morgens früh natürlich laut werden kann. Die Verglasung der Fenster ist einfach.

Mooi, ruim appartement met fijn terras op goede locatie. Positive: De locatie is prima, vlakbij het levendige Plaza de la Merced, veel restaurants en supermarktjes in de buurt en op loopafstand van de highlights van Malaga. De communicatie met het bedrijf REMS dat de verhuur verzorgt is prima en snel. Het appartement ligt in een mooi historisch pand maar is (denk ik) pas opnieuw ingericht. Er is een terras, 1 verdieping hoger, bereikbaar via een smal wenteltrapje. Lekker om buiten te zitten maar niet hele dag de zon (nadeel in de winter, voordeel in de zomer lijkt mij). De keukeninrichting was voor ons voldoende, ook om af en toe zelf te koken. Bedden waren goed. Negative: Valt niks aan te doen maar hou rekening met een paar flinke, maar wel ruime, trappen. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping maar die verdiepingen zijn wel hoog en er is geen lift. Dat was van te voren duidelijk gemeld. En in het weekend hoor je wel lawaai van de horeca beneden in de straat. OOk dat was van te voren gemeld. Dat is na 1 uur wel afgelopen.

Positive: Location was very central, tapas bars and nightclubs are just around the corner, so are all the attractions. The room was light and not too gloomy. Kitchen utensils were new, coffee, tea and cooking basics were provided. The hosting company REMS was responsive and helpful, they also had a good car rent available. The roof terrace is a nice extra, shared with neigbours. Negative: Its can be a bit noisy friday and saturday night for some.
