Premium Villa w/ private pool & garden | REMS

Definitely wouldn’t recommend it!!!!! Positive: Nothing really. Negative: No outdoor lights so quite dangerous when it’s dark. I messaged the hosts to enquire about lights and didn’t even get a reply. I also messaged about a leak in our bathroom and no one even came to fix it. BUT our major problem was we couldn’t even talk in the Villa after 11 pm. It really ruined our holiday. Also the location isn’t great. It’s on top of a massive hill. We had to get taxis all the time.

Refund needed Negative: Good morning, The refund for the €992.50 I paid on the 16th of September has not been actioned. That payment was made as the first out of 2 payments before the accommodation was erroneously canceled and I was forced to make a completely new booking and payment for the same property. Our stay was incredibly memorable, with no issues allowing for a great relaxing holiday. Positive: Extremely clean, had everything we could’ve needed to enjoy our holiday, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, kitchens and of course the rooftop & pool.
