Exquisite and charming experience in Soho | REMS

Lovely apartment, festive surroundings, efficient but brusque staff Positive: This was the best 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat we could find in Malaga, and we don’t regret booking it: the flat is very beautiful and large, with a terrace and in a central location. The bathrooms and kitchen are particularly nice. Negative: Soho (the neighborhood) is so boisterous at night that we could hear music up on the 5th floor (windows closed). There are also no blankets or duvets on the beds —a bit of a surprise in autumn when the nights are cooler. And the staff seemed annoyed with us at several points even though we felt like we were reasonable for asking if a check-in before 5pm was possible (we had tickets to a concert that night) and again when checking out five minutes late, at which point we received a chastising email from the property. I understand the need to clean the apartment properly (and it was clean) but a little kindness and flexibility wouldn’t hurt, especially when paying 450 euros a night.

Lovely stay in great place Positive: Very clean and comfortable Negative: Nothing

Positive: Totul.

Rewelacyjny kontakt z personelem Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pokoje czyste, posprzątane.
