Panoramic skyrise on the 20th floor | REMS

Amazing apartment - But overall disappointing experience with REMS Positive: The apartment itself was very modern and well kept, we have no complaints of the apartment itself. Negative: I want to start by saying that 1 month in advance of our booking I messaged to request an earlier check in due to our flight getting in in the morning and having no where else to go through the day, it was explained to us that there was no guarantee of early check-in and that it was subject to availability (which is absolutely fine I understand this) however what I do expect is a little bit of effort to be made into a customers request to try and make there stay as seamless as possible. The check-in time for the property is already abnormally late which I didn’t realise when booking or I wouldn’t have bothered. We kept in touch with the office once we arrived asking for updates as to when the property was ready (to which I had to message 2/3x for a response most times). We were allowed to put our luggage at the office whilst we went and got lunch which is fair enough, but the property wasn’t in the centre and therefore not near the office so we decide go get our bags at 3pm and start to walk up expecting the property to be ready soon. We get a phone call at 5pm (check in time) to report that the property was still not ready and that we would have to wait another 30 minutes. For this we were offered €25 euros to spend near by (which we still haven’t received a month later😂). Another issue we had was when we arrived there was no sun loungers by the pool like shown on the photos - only chairs and concrete. I messaged REMS to report this which they were unaware of, something you would expect to wish to know before arriving somewhere as we had to lie on a towel on the concrete for 3 days before loungers magically appearing 2 days before we were due to leave. Overall disappointing experience with the money we paid and even though I would recommend the apartment itself I probably would not recommend the company.

!CUIDADO!!!! NO DEVUELVEN EL DEPÓSITO Positive: La Ubicación Negative: Después de casi 1 mes sigo esperando la devolución del deposito. Mi dinero bloqueado por casi 1 mes.

Alles top Positive: Sehr gepflegt, sehr gut und neu ausgestattet. Sensationeller Blick. Sensationeller Pool. Wahnsinnig nettes Personal! Negative: Etwas außerhalb an einer lauten Straße, Klimaanlage war in den Zimmern nicht regelbar. Handtuchhalter im Bad fehlten.

Positive: Modern, clean spacious apartment. Excellent 24/7 customer service. Nice location. Negative: Nothing
