A stressful, unsafe, and insulting experience that no guest should ever have to go through.
Positive: The location itself was great, no complaints about that.
Negative: This was by far the worst booking experience I’ve had in years of traveling. What should have been a simple stay turned into a stressful and humiliating ordeal.
We were only provided with a garage remote, but no physical key as was clearly shown in the video instructions. Because of this, we ended up locked out at the garage entrance with my elderly mother, forced to wait and struggle with no proper solution from the host. This situation was completely unacceptable, unsafe, and entirely avoidable had the host provided the correct access as shown in the video instructions.
Instead of helping, the host’s team gave us dismissive, circular responses and even asked us to “prove” through screenshots that they had never given the right instructions. Expecting paying guests to carry the burden of proof is insulting and deeply unprofessional.
We had to leave the apartment at 5 a.m. through the outside entrance, exactly what we had wanted to avoid. The stress of the situation, plus the long international phone calls my husband had to make to seek a solution (which was never even provided), completely ruined our stay.
When we rightfully asked for compensation, the host offered to pay us 20 EUR. This is not only insufficient (it wouldn’t even cover the cost of the phone calls) but frankly an outright insult considering the circumstances. Guests deserve respect, not token gestures that dismiss the real inconvenience, expense, and emotional distress caused.
On top of all this, basic issues like blinds that couldn’t be opened in the bedroom and living room were brushed aside with no apology.
Guests have a right to receive what they pay for, to be treated with honesty, and to feel safe. None of this was upheld here. I strongly urge Booking.com to hold this property accountable, and I warn other travelers to avoid it at all costs.

Positive: On a galéré pour trouver le boîtier
Negative: L’appartement était propre ne manquait de rien idéale pour une famille avec des enfants saif que tout a notre arrivé on est resté bloquer dehors pendant une bonne demi heure à chercher le boîtier notre voiture était garé dans la rue dans une place pas dédiée pour le stationnement alors que nous on est parti chercher le boîtier en laissant nos enfants dedans avec nos baguages donc une vrai galère et un manque de communication à chaque fois qu’on appeler rems donc la prochaine fois on préfère passer par Airbnb

Positive: Es un apartamento excepcional. Es muy bonito y amplio. Además con el garaje incluido es una ventaja ya que para aparcar en pleno agosto es bastante complicado. La atención al cliente es buenísimo, siempre muy atentos y con respuestas rápidas.
Negative: Me gustó absolutamente todo. Lo único menos bueno es que la playa que teníamos justo en frente era una cala a la que se accedía a través de escaleras y para ir con niños con cochecitos y demás es un poco incómodo, pero hay playas cercanas más accesibles.

Las camas estupendas, la terraza muy bien.

Lo cerca que está a la playa.
Venimos tres parejas y nos hemos quedado un día más 😃😃.
El sofá cama también se duerme estupendamente y muy grande.
