Elegant 2 bedroom gem with terrace |REMS

Espectacular Positive: Apartamento de lujo en segunda línea de playa, a 1 minuto en coche del CC Miramar. Suelos calefactables. Inodoro de 3 generación. Súper coqueto y muebles de calidad. Terraza gigante con tumbonas, mesa de comedor y sillones cómodos. Garaje incluido con plaza amplia. Piscina gigante, gym, spa. Instrucciones sencillas con llega autónoma. Todo con acceso mediante llave digital, súper seguro. Lo mejor de todo el precio por día, volveremos 200%. Negative: El apartamento no estaba del todo limpio. A los muebles no le habían quitado el polvo, y la terraza en general estaba bastante sucia, por lo demás bien. Almohadas finas, pero colchón cómodo. Aire no tiraba mucho en el salón pero era potentisimo en las habitaciones.

Nagyon tetszett, szívesen visszatérnénk! Positive: Jó elhelyezkedés, közel a strand és a központi részek is könnyen elérhetőek. Bolt és sok étterem van a közelben. Minden kommunikáció online történt, nagyon gyors válaszadással és segítőkész hozzáállással.

Nice apartment but too hot Positive: The apartment is in a good location, within short walking distance to the beach and promenade, the grocery store, and restaurants. The bus station is in front of the building. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. The beds and sheets are ok. We stayed for over 3 weeks and were given plenty of sheets and towels, toilet papers. The kitchen is well furnished also. It's on the fifth floor and has a view of the city and the mountains from the living room and bedrooms. The balcony has a sliver of view of the ocean. Negative: The climate control of the apartment is terrible. The first two nights we slept in an oven even though it was barely 60 degrees F in the day in March. The thermostat control is stuck on heat. The property manager and maintenance crew came by several times and could do nothing. We finally found the circuit breaker to turn off the floor heating but that also turns off the water heater. We had to schedule our showers around keeping the heat off. Air conditioning is controlled by the building and was not available to us. We had to buy our own detergent for the dishwasher and the washing machine. Note the washer and dryer combo is really rough on clothes. We ended up going to the nearby laundromat. For longer stays, next time I will book the apartment for a block of 10 days to get a free cleaning in between, otherwise extra cleaning is 180 euros.
