23rd Floor City Apartment with Pool & Gym | REMS

Fine but wouldn’t go back. Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean. The man who checked us in (Jaime?) was friendly and helpful. Our train was delayed and he had to stay very late to let us in which was kind of him. Negative: The staff at the front desk aren’t nice at all. A friend of ours was on a call and couldn’t buzz us up. The doorman wouldn’t let us in (even though he had seen us several times) and wouldn’t even let us wait in the lobby. We had to stand in the sun. The pool area has no tables / chairs / loungers, you have to sit on the concrete floor. We went up one evening to see the view and the pool guard said if we weren’t going to use the pool, we could only stay outside for 5 minutes… The building seems quite unwelcoming to people staying in the rented accommodations. Honestly I don’t think the facilities are nice enough to justify a stay so far from the centre…

Positive: Wysokosc budynku 30 pięter 23 piętro apartament Negative: Ze byl basen i bez zapowiedzi go zamknęli na 3 dni i nie chcieli sie dogadac w sprawie rekompensaty. Dopiero booking musial interweniować.
